The premium blend from the 180-year-old Ballatine’s company. This blended whisky sits on a wonderful malty core, dominated by Miltonduff and Glenburgie, but created through the fine blending of over 50 different malts and grain whiskies. This blend has been allowed to mature for 17 years in oak casks, before being carefully blended by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop.

Drinkers should expect a rich, layered dram, with wonderful notes of stone fruit, woodsmoke, vanilla and sweet barley. The taste, full and complex, vibrant honey sweetness and creamy vanilla flavours with hints of oak and spicy liquorice. Beautiful stuff, at an excellent age.
