Chattanooga Whiskey 111 Cask represents a remarkable achievement in the world of bourbon, showcasing the distillery's commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Founded in the heart of Tennessee, the distillery combines rich heritage with modern techniques to create a unique high malt bourbon that stands out in a crowded market. Each bottle tells the story of meticulous selection, with the distilling team hand-picking barrels to emphasize the distinct character of each batch.
By forgoing traditional filtration, Chattanooga Whiskey preserves the full spectrum of flavors derived from its unique mash bill, which includes a blend of yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley, and honey malted barley. The result is a bourbon that not only reflects the artisanal spirit of its creators but also the natural variations that come with small-batch production. This commitment to authenticity allows whiskey enthusiasts to experience the depth and complexity of this exceptional spirit.

Taste: On the palate, expect a full-bodied experience with layers of sweetness and warmth, showcasing the intricate balance of malt and oak.
Finish: The journey concludes with a lingering, malty finish that leaves a comforting warmth, reminiscent of its cask-forward heritage.
Cask 111 is the unfiltered, single batch expression of our signature Tennessee High Malt recipe - our rich, malt-forward approach to bourbon. Comprised of at least 25% specialty malted grains, each 6-10 barrel lot has been selected to highlight the subtle batch-to-batch variation of this distinctly cask-forward bourbon.
Note: By omitting the filtration process, our whiskey retains every bit of character captured from its long maturation. Therefore, each bottle occasionally captures a small amount of barrel sediment.
