This smokey expression, which highlights Glenglassaugh's more rough side, provides a delicious blend of sweet peat and umami. Notes of treacle, dark chocolate, and spice are evoked by sherry and port wine barrels, while savory undertones evoke beach barbecues and coastal breezes.
