Glengoyne Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey Time Keeper is a limited edition whiskey from Glengoyne Distillery. It is a single malt Scotch whiskey aged for 15 years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks. The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV and comes with a Glengoyne-branded glass. The whiskey has a deep golden color and a nose of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. On the palate, there are notes of honey, spice, and toasted oak. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke. This is a great whiskey to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
Nose Toffee apples, a little acacia honey, nectarine in syrup and spice, supported by toasted barley in the background.
Palate Over-ripe grapes, honeyed with hints of vanilla, coconut milk and oak spice. Light touches of chocolate ice-cream.
Finish Long, oily finish with lingering coffee notes.
