Distilled and aged for 3 years and 6 months in lightly toasted barrels and then finally double mellowed through maple charcoal for a pure, smooth and complex finish.
Mash Bill: 95% Rye and 5% Malted Barley.
Aging & Finish: Aged for 3 years and 6 months in American oak barrels with a light toasting (Char Level 3) and double mellowed through maple charcoal.
Tasting Notes: This Cask Strength Tennessee Straight Rye whiskey delivers a robust and spicy character, complemented by smoothness from the double mellowing process.
