From Distillery Grallet Dupic. Whiskey production began in 2003, and the first single malt debuted four years later. The distillation is made from locally grown barley (most of it comes from their own fields) malted on site, and the company claims to be the only distillery in France to produce whiskey from "peat malt" (the peat is extracted about 5 km from the farm).
