The Singleton brand is actually manufactured in three Scottish whisky distilleries; one of which is Glendullan. This 18 Year expression, along with the other expressions from the Singleton lineup (a 12 and a 15 year), was released in the US in 2017.

The Singleton of Glendullan 18 year old single malt scotch whisky is matured in a high proportion of American oak casks with a small portion of European oak casks to balance the liquid. The result is smooth, sublime and full of character notes of sweet, stewed fruits, sumptuous berries, dark toffee and silky honey. Pairs well with a roaring fireside with a few friends Dry, rich and complex nose with a mild nose-feel, backed by black pepper and mature notes of cigar box. Soft, dry and rounded finish. Adding water allows a pleasant, nutty spiciness to come through, recalling the cigar-box found on the nose, while there's a cooling aftertaste. Medium to full body. Smooth rich texture with sweet citrus notes balanced by chocolate, cherry and chili notes.
