The end result is an award-winning rich and complex single malt with notes of fresh citrus fruits on the nose, sweet and warming toffee on the palate , rounded off with a gentle spicy finish.

Ripe and pronounced with aromas of soft nougat, ruby grapefruit, boiled sweets and dried cranberry lifted by a herbal freshness. On the palate, a wash of baked apple, honeycomb, orange peels, Danish pastries and Turkish delight bound in white pepper and oak spices. The finish is fresh and tingly with notes of apple strudel, cedar spice and cinnamon lingering on the tongue.
