Zignum Cristalino Añejo is made using Maguey Espadín (Agave angustifolia) and then aged for 24 months in new French Oak barrels. Next, a filtering process removes the barrel-aged color. According the the brand, the production process has a low environmental impact. The Método Verde distillery program involves a wastewater treatment facility, the use of solar energy, being animal cruelty free, and greenhouses where Espadín is grown from the seed.
Tasting Notes: Vanilla, with light notes of wood, agave and herbal touches; sweet with a slight bitterness in the mouth, silky.
